Business Policies

Deposits – All bookings require a deposit. Single day projects require a 50% deposit, larger projects require a deposit equal to 25% of estimated project value.

Cancellations – All cancelled projects result in the loss of booking desposits. Projects cancelled with less than 10 days notice are subject to a 20% cancellation fee above and beyond loss of deposit.

Rescheduling РRequests to reschedule are honoured if made within a minimum of 10 days from project start date. Request to reschedule with less than 10 days notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee of up to 20%, at the discretion of the service provider.

Refunds – A 48 hour grace period is offered for refunds on deposits/retainers. Outside of this, under no circumstances are monetary refunds offered.

Digital Archive and File Backup – as a general rule, most digital assets are kept archived indefinitely. However, no actual guarantee is offered regarding the storage, archive or backup of any digital assets following the completion of an outlined project. If any loss of digital assets during an active project should occur, those assets will either be recreated at no charge, or additional services will be offered in kind, equal to the invoiced value of lost assets. Re-delivery of any digital assets made after initial delivery/project completion will be subject to delivery fees based on time spent locating, and delivering said assets.

Quality Guarantee РBest efforts will always be made to ensure satisfaction in end product. Should any issues regarding quality of end product, all best and reasonable efforts will be made to achieve customer satisfaction. In some cases this may include additional work being performed at a discounted rate, or even free of charge, and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Copyright and Intellectual Property – As a general rule (as per standard copyright law) any original art, photography, audio recordings, or videography remain the intellectual property of the creator – unless an agreement for otherwise has been put into place. Payment for deliverables grants license for use of assets to the client, the details of such use will vary from project to project depending on the terms agreed upon, or the usage license purchased. The service provider retains ownership of copyright unless otherwise agreed to via contract.
